What is myTravelOn Refund Policy?

Refunds: It is compulsory to get in touch with myTravelOn Travel Advisory for all refunds, incase of a flight,Hotel,cabs,activities & vacation bookings.

Flights

1.1 Flight tickets the airline will not be able to refund customer tickets booked at mytravelon.in

1.2 All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to impart the details to myTravelOn by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refunds process.

1.3 Processing time for cancellation and refund requests vary.

1.4 Convenience fees paid at the time of booking is a non-refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests.

1.5 The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.

1.6 In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request.

1.7 The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines).

1.8 Company will be able to initiate customer's refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline.

Cabs

2.1 For Cabs cancellation If a booking request is cancelled for any reason whatsoever when the driver and/or car details provided, you'll be charged a cancellation fee as forfeiture of the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking. Any type of refunds depending on the time of cancellation is subjected to be processed within 5-7 Business Working Days.

2.2 Drivers are also able to cancel a ride request if they've waited 25 minutes at the pickup location and/or for any reason whatsoever you have provided wrong details of pickup location or you are not reachable at phone, mobile number and email address you have provided. You may be charged either a cancellation fee as forfeiture of the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking or Rs. 3.5 per minute for hatchback / Sedan car, Rs. 4 per minute for SUV / Innova car, Rs. 10 per minute for Tempo traveller, after 45 minutes completed at the sole discretion of myTravelOn cabs.

2.3 In case, cancellation is due to external factors which human being by the exercise of reasonable diligence cannot avoid such as epidemic, tornadoes, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, fire, strikes, lockouts or other industrial disturbances; war, terrorist acts, riot, or other civil disturbance; epidemics; or other similar forces or due to force majeure which lead to the roads closed, voucher for the complete advance amount paid by you for the booking, in myTravelOn’s sole discretion shall be issued without expiry to use in future.


Villas & homestays

3.1 If you wish to cancel 15 days before the arrival date, we will refund 100%* of the booking value in the original payment mode or 100% in the form of a future credit note.

3.2 Cancellations that are made 7 days prior to the arrival date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking value or 60% in the form of a future credit note.

3.3 Should guests cancel within 48 hours of the check-in time (2 PM), the booking will be non-refundable.

3.4 Cancellation fee worth 20% of the booking value shall be levied for all refunds processed by myTravelOn. This is primarily applicable to cover payment gateway charges, convenience fee and processing charges.

3.5 Any type of refund generated will be subjected to 5-7 Business working days.
